What did you do with your tractor today?

Woo hoo. Planted some potatoes today. Still cold out. Any way. Planted all blue potatoes so far.

Wow how plans change. I have this week off of work because of the covid crap, I thought we were going to Columbus today, for a few days..... but my wife's last aunt passed away a couple of days ago, so o we're in cape Girardeau Mo instead. Yeah there was some argument involved there. I hate funerals.

Some more potatoes planted. Russets

Thanks for your service, SS! That's a tractor a guy like me fantasizes about!

Did the normal Mowing Monday but it wasn't as routine as a "normal" Monday. First, I didn't get started until 4:30pm! Everything going fine for an hour then the deck up and stopped spinning. I was hoping that it was the drive belt but I looked under it and there was a pulley laying on the deck and the belt was gone. Fortunately the belt was laying out in the grass and the pulley just loosened up and simply walked off the shaft. Key was still in the shaft and no damage to pulley or belt. Was able to shove it back on, tighten down the bolts, roll the belt back on and start mowing again after about a half-hour delay! Got done at 7pm.

Mowing Monday went well, did our yard and the neighbor lady's front yard. MF12G ran great. Rain sprinkles most of the time but not enough to make the grass to wet. Did the weed trimming but forgot to charge one of the batteries. Still got everything visible from the road and through the patio door to the back yard. Even had time to spray weeds in the gravel after that.
