What did you do with your tractor today?

Still time yet Doug. Hehe. Good that you have the Bolens working.

Noel
I didn't want to be mowing on Monday, Memorial Day. We are going to the cemeteries tomorrow, but may want to go to the parade or observance on Monday.

Thanks, Noel, I may need to do a bit more clutch adjustment, but the Bolens ran well today, and did decent in the ditch on that lot too.

Planted a few more potatoes today. Used LGT 100 Ford aka grunt. Ground was a bit wet, but worked fine.

Glad to see another 500 series here. I love my x570 and dad is nuts about his x590.

Great tractors.

I bought this 2018 as a "leftover" last summer to replace an F725 front deck. I was a bit surprised as to just how nimble the X580 is! Main things I was looking for in a new mower was the power lift/steering, 54" deck & the HDAP tires.

Cut grass. Cleaned the chicken coop, pen, and under all the rabbit cages and hauled the mess in the wagon and dumped it over the creek bank.

Good bit of seat time doing the chores.

I officially got all my weekend chores done by 4pm. Left work early today since we had no classes.

Free and clear all weekend to do as I please.

I had a 5" Maple limb hanging over the neighbor's yard, stood in the Gator bed to get high enough with my 40V Oregon pole chainsaw to cut it. Got out the JD-2025R to take it to the back brush storage area this morning. This afternoon, it was the X580 to mow the yard.

Due to the weather forecast and also my wife's day off, no mowing Monday again. It was breezy but cooler today so I mowed our acre with the MF12G and the front half acre of the lot to the east with that Bolens/MTD LT. Had no issues with either one. Got the string trimmer out and did our yard.

Jumpins ! No Mowing Monday again. Summer will be over we get a good episode. Hehe. Just foolin with ya

Good that the tractors are working right do you Doug.

Had Grunt out today. We did some hilling on the potatoes. A little triple 17 fertilizer on them, then hill them up. Adjusted hillers yesterday, seem to be working better.

Grunt is also known as LGT 100 Ford.

Hehe, I could take out one I think for 11 different days. Then there’s three, with a little work that could run. Now these aren’t all garden tractors. Nine are garden tractors. Took me a minute to figure all that out. Hehe.

Took this one out of storage today
It was in same storage spot as the rambler. Sadly we rarely ever use this one. Couple times a winter. Maybe. Any way. Battery dead. Should have taken it out. But didn’t. Boosted it and got her running. Noticed the carb was loose. Both bolts had backed out. Could see gap in between carb and block. Typical Harley, oops I mean kohler, shaking its self apart. Tightened up the bolts and runs much better. Charged up the battery and will see if any good.

<<<Typical Harley, oops I mean Kohler, shaking its self apart. >>>

What would happen if a Kohler was put in a Harley ? ?
