And more junk.

Basically any older snow blower that have a teccy engine on them, about 7hp and higher. There are short tanks and long ones, the long ones are the ones to look for. They usually have a mounting bracket that is bolted to the top of the tanks, which have threaded inserts.
Yes, Jake, the tank on the 10 HP Tec that I swapped into my MF8E has a tank like you describe.10hp Tec2.JPG

It's staying put though---LOL!

Today I went to HF and bought 5 battery maintainers. They were on sale for 5.99. I have never had this many batteries around before and hate to have any go bad because the voltage wasn't fresh. Topped off the distilled water in the ones with caps and now they wait! All of them still had 12.5 volts or more in them.

I bought one for the MF12G quite a few years ago and put it back on that tractor too. No more mowing this year.

They seem to be pretty good units. I think I've only had one go bad over the years so you should be good for a long time.
Today I had to Put the tailgate back on the '72 GMC and go haul back some of my own junk---LOL! My wife's church barrowed my scaffolding and got done with it. They were able to come get it, but wasn't able to bring them back.

That narrow scaffolding is what I store the wider stuff in. Got that narrow one from the scrap trailer at work.

Really getting an LT junkyard back here!

At least 2 of them run---LOL!

Your good for now Doug it looks like it’s out of sight not like mine was.

The lady that lives to the east of us walks out her door and looks straight at that junk---BUT she has a rotting 70' trailer house in her front yard so she can't say much about eyesores---LOL!

The " back of the shed" can't be the " back of the shed" for everyone...
If you turned it around then you'd have to look at it . ;)

Well, I did it again---hauled home more junk from the scrap trailer at work.

Wagner airless sprayer.

Looks like a transit. Like I know how to use one of them---LOL! No stand.
DSCN4739.JPG

Looks like small engine valve seat cutters. Something missing it looks like.
DSCN4740.JPG

Another bench grinder. It seems to run fine. Now I have 4 of them---LOL!
DSCN4741.JPG

Makita router. Runs well.
DSCN4742.JPG

Water fire extinguisher. Needs an o-ring.
DSCN4745.JPG

Some kind of fancy stand. Thought my wife may put some flowers in it.
DSCN4743.JPG

There was also a box with several unopened quarts of Dexron Mercon and power steering fluid.

Welding table is full of junk again.

I have one of those Wagner paint sprayers, always liked it. I’m having a hard time keeping up on this thread. Remember Sanford and Son’s lol.

Couldn't prove it by me, Don---LOL! I have never dealt with any type of transit before. Thought it might be kind of fun to mess around with sometime. I've got a nice camera tripod that maybe I could adapt it too, and a telescope tripod even. The proprietory threads my stop that idea. This old transit is probably miles out of calibration though.

Guess I could put Crawford Junk Dealer on my old truck doors since Fred Sanford had a '51 Ford pickup---LOL!

My son wants nothing to do with any of my junk, except he does have an old pickup truck sitting here. It starts and runs great, but is a terrible rust bucket. '83 Chevy LWB with a 250 six in it. I start it and move it around the yard a few times a year. It was his first vehicle and has a sentimental attachment to it. I can identify with that feeling.

I'd have brought all that home myself too!

I bought a transit before I built the shed on the property I used to have in WY and I used it to set the forms for the pylons for my new shed I here.
Shooting in a shed is why I'm interested in this transit, Rad, but the no stand is obviously the big problem. I think it is possible to figure out how accurate it is otherwise. Might come up with some brainstorm to make it usable someday---LOL!
