What are you currently working on??

I have 2 of the DeWalt 18v tool and I got adapters to use 20v batteries in them. I got 2 9ah batteries but I can't use the in the adapters.

I also got a solar maintainer for my Yukon but the suction cups won't stay on the window so I am going to build a support frame to hold it.
I run into that with GPS and back up camera monitors. Will stay for a while till the sun hits is window for a while and off they fall. Going to try the picture hanger stick ons that I have had good luck with to hang pictures to cement block painted walls.

I have some 2 x 2 s that I am going to make frame to hold the charger. There seems to be something that drains the battery if it isn't started every 2 weeks, it is a Denali so has about every option and I don't remember to start it. Can't drive it right now as the brakes are bad so it will sit till I have money to fix them' too many other things to pay first. My Sierra can set all summer long and not drain the battery.

Hello, new here. I worked on this today. Need to still skin the dump bed and make some fenders.

70 degrees here and the wind seems faster than 70mph, just fixed a flat tire, changed oil, sharpened blades, greased and replaced all 4 belts plus the tension spring for the blade drive belt on my 32"bobcat commercial walk behind.

Sometime this week I gotta go pick up my "newest to me" Ariens gt16, pull the deck off, hook up the 2 wires I left undone when I transferred the rear PTO to it when i got it, a PTO thats hard to find, that I robbed from the GT19
that I gutted when it's series 1 KT series engine blew. I want to put my rear mount tiller onto it.
I never even fired the engine on my other GT19 this winter, the one that I leave the snowblower attached to.
And then go 30 miles the other way to my mother in laws house and pick up my 2 road find lawn boys.... that I've been mowing with for 4-5 years since I brought them home/ one needs a self propelled control cable and both need oil change and sharpen for this year.

I don’t have any big projects lined up.

House projects have been on going. Just finished up my gutter discharges.

Next big project is building my shop. A friend and I poured a 20x30 pad. I am going with just a carport type garage. It’s regular a frame roof. 12 foot walls. Pad was poured 6” thick so I can put a lift in.

Putting a single garage door to one side. So I can have 10’x30 for parking my BMW and a project car. The other 10x30 will be used for a shop area. Welding table, work benches, cabinets, etc. nothing else is going in there. It’s not for storage! I am going to have to install strong locks to keep my wife from dragging junk up there to store.

Don't know Aaron but I think your garage is to small already..

Pulled the livestock trailer up to take a few to the processor by next week, well I found mice had eaten the entire passenger side wires front to back. Spent 6hrs rewiring and re-testing all the electrical. My only blessing was, I had a spare Harbor Freight trailer wiring kit under the bench. Sure missed those prices of $6 for the big kit.

no snow so pretty quiet here...painted the old truck for son...cut and buff the bumpers and windshield...the cab will be next...box and rear fenders just need a light buff...the single stage paint was not my choice...the paint he was sold too thick viscosity for my skill set..I usually squirt acrylic urethane which flows much easier...by the time I figured out I had to move very slowly for the paint to lay down like glass....the cab is obviously rough but a quick sanding with 1000 grit and hand buff and will be good enough for a old truck appearance

Lost spark to the FF24 Onan, previous owner did not have a points cover on it. Also ran a new wire to the coil. Got it running, but still frustrating, runs good then hunts, then runs good then hunts, gotta be something in fuel system.

Generally if the ignition is operating good I've found that a lean mixture will cause hunting. Why it's happening temporarily can make it tough to find. Sticking float is the first thing that comes to mind. Vacuum leak might be another option.
Hope you find it.

I got a couple of winter time projects done yesterday. I needed to cut some wood but I couldn’t keep my chainsaw running. It starts up fine like always but quit after a few seconds. The air cleaner was totally covered with really fine sawdust. I replaced the filter two years ago but never used it at all last year. I remember getting a felt filter by mistake instead of the type with a washable screen. Once I replaced the filter it starts and runs good.

The primer bulb on my leaf blower stopped pumping at the end of the year so I replaced that but still no gas. I checked the diaphragm but it was good. I took the air cleaner off to check the hoses and the pickup hose was cracked so I was just pumping air. I replaced the hose and filter while I was in there and it pumps and runs fine. I was on a job about 15 years ago and the homeowner was cleaning out her garage. She had this leaf blower and a McCullough sitting in the garbage pile. I took them both home, cleaned both, replaced the filters, and added fresh gas and they both started up and with a few adjustments they ran good. I gave my FIL the McCullough and this Homelite has served me well ever since.
