What are you currently working on??

Been working on getting a Toro 12/38 XL going that was donated to our church. When I pulled the drain plug I got out about 1 1/2 quart of fuel rich oil. The carb had t be replaced and the hood was busted in pieces and broken from the hinge. I got most all of it fixed up and it is now running and looking pretty good. It just needs an adjustment or some work to the gearshift as trying to find gears is a challenge.

Yesterday, after mowing, I parked the 68 next to the F725. Thought that would be a neat pic, so I grabbed one.

The 68 is supposed to have some bars on the back for a bumper and to stand it on it's butt for storage/work. Mine were missing, so I made a bumper for it. The second pic shows the damage inflicted by backing into things.

Need to fix that one of these days, but the black tape has been working good for several years. There is another piece inside at the bottom holding the crack together!

Pulled the rear wheels and hubs off of the GT235 and inspected the washer and washer bracket. Looks like a set of new hubs and washers are in order. Think the 210 I use for mowing got pissed at me. It hasnt moved in a couple of weeks and the rear tire just went flat all of a sudden........Hmmmm and they don’t have feelings you say. Must have heard me talking about selling it. Tomorrow it’ll get a new tube and some affection.

Cleaning up tractor for the GT show and Antique day at the fair this Sunday. Got one stuck across the creek trying to fix up the crossing that a skid steer messed up a while back. Had threw a bunch of rock in the muck track going up out and got it back on the home side again but it sure needed a b good bath. 4 down and 3 to go. Will get some pics when I get them lined up Sunday.

Working on convincing my wife that I need to go to an auction Saturday and buy the case gt that is there because of the loader bucket that it comes with
Every time I say something like that, such as I bought another tractor.....the wife just gets this glassy look in her eyes and starts shaking her head. No idea what that means.........

I am an auctioneer as most of you know and I have many friends who are auctioneers and sometimes a fellow auctioneer will give another auctioneer a good deal on something(In other words not look for other bidders and short sale the item)Genarally this will only happen if the bidding is real slow anyway but friends have made my wifes eyes roll then I get the stare,,,,,,,,,

What no Green? SorryDon had to say that.
I’m sure if you built them there 100 percent perfect. Nice

Replaced the tube inthe 210’s rear tire today. Had to buy a second one as the first one I bought blew out the same way the one that was in there did. Hmmmm... .. been doing it the same way for years never had that happen.

Well I just finished up this Suzuki 125 for the grandson and will be starting work on this Husqvarna for a friend of mine. Was gonna start on my JD140 H3 but paying customers always come first. The transaxle has a leak somewhere and he wants a complete service on it.
