What did you do with your tractor today?

Looks good. Those rock rakes are reallhandy for a lot of things. I had the loader tractor out to pick up scattered brush piles around the yard. Got two buckets with tine attachment carried off to the brush pile. Pulled the SXS out of its winter home and up to the shop. Going to start on the engine swap this morning. Will probably be a 2 days job of more.

I spread some gravel on our road yesterday with my diesel. Last weekend I scraped up all the good stuff that was plowed off over the winter and put it into piles. Then it rained most of the week, so yesterday was the first time I could work on it again. It was a little too wet, but I was able to get it done. After that, I put the rake on my 125 and went over it. I have 2 more spots on the road to do the same thing, then our driveway.

That’s a lot of work and good seat time. It turned out nice. We have a lot of long gravel driveways out here too. It seems like a yearly maintenance of repairing them after winter.

You have a good road building system there, Cub! Looks like they do a nice job! Of course a good operator helps too---LOL!

Nice pics.

We have a mile long private road with 4 other houses and a hunting cabin. I maintain about half of it, along with my neighbor and his backhoe. One neighbor on the other end maintains that with his Kubota. I do this every spring, plus whenever we get a heavy rain and it washes out. Spreading gravel is probably my favorite thing to do with my tractors.

My gravel drive was put in 21 years ago, all 100' of it. Put down 3/4"road rock first, packed it down then added about 4" of 3/8" shoulder rock. That was packed with an asphalt packer. Have not added any rock and done very little maintenance on it. Was a bit bit to put in originally but has paid off down the road. Big plus is no rock in the drive to walk on or catch with the snow thrower. Has a lot of slope to a drop inlet so water runs off fairly fast and no ponding.

Got the ZT and the DA 916 out yesterday and mowed half of the yard the rest is too wet. I used the 916 to cut the high grass the wife used the ZT where I couldn't get too and mulched some of the high grass I cut. I sure wish the 916 had power steering as by the time I got done I was wore out.

Was waiting for a guy to come check out and purchase my Sears stuff. So, I moved my tractors outside and spread out all the components to be inspected. Got pictures of everything except the Sears.
Now the guys not coming until tomorrow. Instead of moving all the Sears stuff again I'll leave the truck out tonight and put most of these in the garage.

Would you call that a "butt buggy" that is hitched to the Executive? I need to build something similar someday.

Here is what I call a butt buggy.

Nice looking collection!

Checked the garden this morning. Part of it is close but the big part is still to wet. Decided tlo stir the gound a bit with the cultivator on the bzack of the RAM. RAM hasn't been run for 2 years so wasn't to sure about how it was going to react . Filled the tank with fresh gas, cleaned the water and junk out of the carb bowel. First pull got a strong Pop. Second pull and it was running. Made several passes to help it dry out faster. The wettest area will be where the plants go so if it gets a bit clody won't hurt a thing.

Son and I got the deck on the recently acquired MF 16. Had it out for a test run. Works good and cuts grass great. Still a little service to do to it yet. Oil and grease and stuff.
And in Canada, you have to have your day time running lights on. Hehe.
